MANSIK DOSHAS We wrapped up our series of physical  Tridoshas in our previous articles. Not so far accustomed to Doshas , then do cast your eyes upon the same!                                     PITTA   Keep calm and balance your Doshas ,well Agni precisely, because post Vata , the Agni forms the basis of our lives. VATA As previously mentioned Ayurveda is in vogue,wait a minute, didn't read before ? Then first check out my article on the ' Tridoshas ' in order to get a better understanding of the prominent Dosha named ' Vata '. So, without any further delay, presenting the chief dosha ,the Vata . Maybe I am so engrossed writing this,I could genuinely sense a crescendo of shrieks building up! Vata ,as the name suggests,is formulated from the wind as well as the sky element or the Vayu and Aakasha Mahabhuta . While traversing the Tridoshas , it is contemplated that Vata always supersedes the other two doshas .
