These tropical rainforests produce edible exotic fruits which are often used by the native communities in their diet as well as in the form of medicine due to their high nutritive values and presence of bioactive compounds which are extremely essential for good health, getting rid of chronic diseases, cardiovascular disorders, diabetes and other metabolism related illnesses.
