Myself, Dr. Rutuja! I'm a rising sophomore pursuing medicine at Government Autonomous Dhanwantri Ayurved Medical College, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
I'm a professional freelance writer, editor, copywriter, proofreader and graphic designer!
Working since 15 years of age, I've always been passionate about writing. Therefore, I rendered my writing services to several blogs and wrote for umpteen blogging sites. MAANSIK DOSHAS

MANSIK DOSHAS We wrapped up our series of physical  Tridoshas in our previous articles. Not so far accustomed to Doshas , then do cast your eyes upon the same! After setting the seal on the physical Tridoshas , let's go through the mental or Maansik Doshas .  Just as the physical Doshas are accountable for the physical well-being and physical distortion of an individual,in the same way, mental Doshas take charge of mental welfare and at the same time,when vitiated, make a mess of the former. It is ironic that Ayurveda , the majestic science is often mocked and quackered to be low profile, inefficient and futile. Very often, Vaidyas or Ayurvedic physicians are confronted with a very common question " Is Ayurveda all about Churna and Kaadha ...?"
